Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers telephonically to effectively promote and sell Instant Life products, ensuring a clear understanding of customer needs.
- Ensure all sales interactions adhere strictly to FAIS regulations and Absa's internal compliance standards, maintaining the highest ethical conduct.
- Achieve and consistently exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and productivity metrics, contributing to the team's overall success.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing clear, accurate, and professional information, building trust and rapport.
- Manage and convert a campaign-relevant percentage of all assigned leads into successful sales, optimizing conversion rates.
- Monitor and strive to improve New-to-Use (NTU) rates, ensuring the quality and sustainability of sales.
- Accurately capture and update customer information and sales data in the CRM system, maintaining meticulous records.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to share best practices and contribute to a positive team environment.

Requirements
- Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC).
