Key Responsibilities
- Support the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer management, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Accurately and timeously post job advertisements on various internal and external platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Conduct initial CV screening and preliminary telephone or video screening interviews to assess candidate suitability against role requirements.
- Efficiently coordinate interview schedules between candidates, Talent Acquisition Specialists, and hiring managers, managing complex calendars.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (Direct Hire) and recruitment tracker (JIRA) with precision and attention to detail.
- Handle telephonic and personal enquiries regarding available positions and application statuses professionally and courteously.
- Review background screening reports for prospective employees and escalate any concerns to management for appropriate action.
- Shortlist potential candidates in alignment with role requirements and present them to Talent Acquisition Specialists for further consideration.
- Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for both current and future hiring needs across the Plennegy Group.
- Ensure a consistently positive and professional candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Maintain meticulous records of all recruitment materials, including interview notes and related paperwork, for key stakeholders and compliance.
- Apply attention to detail and professionalism in all internal and external communication, representing the company's values.
- Conduct interviews in a professional and respectful manner, treating all applicants with dignity and fairness.
- Personally inform internal candidates of non-selection for positions, providing constructive feedback where appropriate.
- Display a positive and professional image of the Plennegy Group during all communications and interviews.
- Ensure all required information is obtained to facilitate informed decision-making in the recruitment process.
- Address matters impacting departmental performance appropriately and proactively, seeking solutions.
- Seek out relevant information from various sources before making decisions related to talent acquisition.
- Demonstrate attentiveness to the accuracy of data and information within the recruitment function.
- Execute on commitments and deliver on promised tasks and undertakings, demonstrating reliability.
- Participate in regular meetings to discuss departmental decisions, issues, and performance, contributing to team goals.
- Encourage wider and deeper discussion of important issues within the team, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Promote professionalism and courteousness among colleagues and candidates.
