Job Description
South African Breweries (SAB) is inviting ambitious graduates and students to apply for its Graduate Internships, Trainee Programmes, and In-Service Training Opportunities for 2026 / 2027.
The SAB Graduate Programme is a 24-month structured development programme designed to equip talented graduates with technical expertise, practical workplace experience, leadership skills, and exposure to different business functions. Participants will work alongside industry professionals while developing the skills needed to build a successful career within one of South Africa's leading beverage companies.
About the SAB Graduate Programme
The programme is designed to provide graduates with practical work experience while developing future leaders within the business.

SAB follows the internationally recognised 70-20-10 learning model, where:
70% learning comes from practical work experience.

Requirements
Be a South African citizen.
Have completed or be studying towards the relevant qualification required for the programme.
Meet the minimum academic requirements for the specific opportunity.
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Have good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Be proficient in Microsoft Office (advantageous).
Be willing to relocate or work at the assigned SAB location if required.
