Key Responsibilities
- Actively work leads from Siebel, ensuring efficiency and aiming to achieve a strike rate of 70% or higher.
- Be responsible for achieving a minimum of six sales per day, with the understanding that this target may increase based on business requirements.
- Provide service excellence to all customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Maintain and treat client information in a confidential and secure manner, adhering to all data protection regulations.
- Ensure full compliance with FAIS Fit and Proper Requirements applicable to this role, including advice and intermediary service.
- Participate in continuous professional development to stay updated with industry standards and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with team members and management to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced sales strategies.
- Represent Absa with professionalism and integrity in all customer interactions.
