Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with a team, under the guidance of a Group Head and Creative Director, to conceptualize and execute advertising campaigns based on client and internal briefs.
Present creative work effectively and confidently to clients and senior creative staff.
Demonstrate strong skills in design and conceptual thinking throughout the campaign development process.
Ensure exceptionally high standards of execution and meticulous attention to detail in all creative output.
Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members and other departments within the agency.
Maintain a consistently positive attitude, especially when facing challenges and tight deadlines.
Develop and refine visual and conceptual skills from the initial brief stage through to the final artwork.
Capture promotional excitement and create breakthrough designs for a national retail client.
Manage visual and conceptual aspects of projects from brief to final artwork.
Work effectively under pressure, managing high work volumes and demanding pitches.
Demonstrate resourcefulness, initiative, and strong conceptual thinking abilities.
Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, functioning effectively as a team player.
Showcase exceptional lay-out skills and a solid understanding of Art Direction within an agency setting.
Contribute to social media design across various platforms.
Utilize design software such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator proficiently.
Apply knowledge and proficiency in Figma and AI tools.
Gain experience in digital and experiential advertising.

Requirements
Relevant tertiary qualification.
1 to 2 years’ experience as an art director in a large/integrated Advertising Agency is a bonus.
Alternatively, 2 years’ previous experience in a high-volume environment would be beneficial.
Demonstrated experience with social media design across various social media platforms.
Strong skills in design software such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator (non-negotiable).
Knowledge and proficiency in Figma.
Knowledge and proficiency using AI tools.
Experience in digital and experiential advertising is advantageous.
Strong interpersonal skills; a team player, persuasive negotiator, positive and innovative thinker.
Ability to maintain high standards for execution and attention to detail.
Highly motivated with a high level of initiative; ability to work independently in support of the agency’s creative goals and the client’s business objectives.
