Junior Apprentice IT Technician

Absolute Cloud Solutions is offering an entry-level opportunity for a Junior Apprentice IT Technician. This position is designed for candidates with little to no experience seeking foundational IT role exposure. During the six-month apprenticeship, you will gain practical skills assisting with technical support and helping to resolve IT issues under supervision. After successfully completing the apprenticeship, high performers may be considered for a permanent junior IT technician role with a competitive salary and incentives.

Responsibilities & Role Expectations:

• Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting assistance

• Work closely with IT team members

• Assist with problem solving and customer interaction

• Learn core IT technician tasks and systems

• At least Matric C in Mathematics with certificate

• Intelligent and warm personality with strong interpersonal skills

• Loyal, persistent, self-organized, and hard-working

• Enjoys assisting people with technical problems

• Passionate about technology and digital systems

• Valid driver’s license required

• Prepared to work diligently throughout the 6-month apprenticeship period
