Key Responsibilities

• Assist with vendor management processes, including procurement and supply chain support.

• Support financial data analysis, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.

• Contribute to data governance and data quality initiatives, maintaining high standards.

• Provide administrative support within the service management function.

• Assist with SharePoint services administration and maintenance.

• Support recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing and onboarding administration.

• Contribute to graphic design and communication projects, developing visual content.

• Assist with data science tasks, including data collection, cleaning, and preliminary analysis.

• Engage in learning and development activities to enhance professional skills.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Commerce, Procurement and Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Informatics, Software Development, Data Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, Graphic Design, or Digital Marketing.

• A completed three-year Graphic Design or Digital Marketing diploma/degree may be required for specific roles.

• A related qualification in Data Science, preferably with a focus on Maths and Statistics, is required for the Data Science internship.

• Strong academic record.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proactive and eager to learn.

• Proficiency in relevant software and tools will be advantageous.
