Key Responsibilities
Participate actively in structured on-the-job training, cross-functional rotations, and development assignments across operational facilities.

Assist in data collection, reporting, process optimisation, and performance tracking within assigned functional departments.

Requirements
Recent graduate or final-year student graduating within the next 6 months.
Relevant tertiary qualification (National Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Honours, or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
Qualifications in Supply Chain & Logistics, Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Engineering, Food Science/Technology, Marketing, or IT/Business Systems.
South African citizen with a valid National ID.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
High level of curiosity, adaptability, and proactive drive to deliver value from day one.
Willingness to learn within dynamic manufacturing, processing, or corporate environments.
