Key Responsibilities

• Participate in structured learning and development initiatives tailored to your specific graduate role.
• Contribute to the Replenishment Buyer function, optimizing stock levels and ensuring product availability in Cape Town.
• Assist in Supply Chain Reporting & Optimization, analyzing data to enhance efficiency in Cape Town.
• Support Logistics Control operations, managing distribution and inventory across Cape Town and Johannesburg.
• Engage in Debtors Administration, ensuring accurate financial record-keeping in Bloemfontein.
• Contribute to People Operations Coordination, supporting HR functions and employee well-being in Cape Town.
• Conduct Business Analysis, providing insights and solutions to improve operational processes in Cape Town.
• Assist in Marketing Administration, supporting promotional activities and brand development in Cape Town.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental and company-wide objectives.
• Actively participate in mentorship programmes and performance reviews to track progress and development.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines.
