• A completed bachelor’s degree in one of the following disciplines: Risk and Safety Management, Financial Accounting, BCom Law, Bachelor of Laws (LLB), Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or Human Resource Development or a related HR qualification.

• Less than 35 years of age.

• No more than one year of formal working experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

• A willingness to learn and develop in a professional services environment.
