• Must be a South African citizen.
• Must have completed a relevant 3- or 4-year undergraduate degree.
• Field of study must be relevant to technology, data, analytics, finance, economics, quantitative or related disciplines.
• A strong academic record with a target average of 65% or higher.
• A relevant Honours or Master's degree is highly desirable.
• Must not currently be employed or participating in another learnership, internship, graduate programme or similar programme.
• Must be available to participate in the programme on a full-time, onsite basis.
