Known internally as the EAGLES (EMEA Academy for Graduates in Lenovo Sales), this structured programme offers hands-on experience across multiple sales functions, mentorship from experienced professionals, and exposure to global business strategies. You will rotate through key sales and business teams, gaining insight into prospecting, customer engagement, negotiation, closing deals, understanding market dynamics, and developing solutions that meet client needs. The programme combines formal learning with real commercial responsibilities, preparing graduates for future leadership roles in technology sales.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited university graduated in 2025 (or provide predicted results)
