Key Responsibilities
Facilitate comprehensive knowledge and practical skills training for the QCTO Occupational Certificate: Cloud Administrator programme.
Prepare and deliver engaging, structured learning sessions that cater to diverse learning styles.
Provide dedicated support to learners, guiding them through their development and assessment readiness.
Ensure all training delivery strictly adheres to QCTO and MICT SETA requirements and standards.
Guide learners effectively through complex cloud administration concepts and hands-on practical exercises.
Foster a positive and productive learning environment that encourages learner engagement and success.
Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback to support their growth.
Maintain accurate records of learner attendance, progress, and assessment outcomes.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in cloud technologies and training methodologies.

Requirements
NQF Level 5 industry-recognised IT qualification.
At least 1 year of relevant IT industry experience.
Relevant vendor certification (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or similar).
Training or facilitation experience in IT or technical programmes will be advantageous.
MICT SETA Assessor and Moderator accreditation will be advantageous.
Strong understanding of cloud technologies and infrastructure.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to engage and motivate learners.
Strong planning and organisational skills.
