Absa Group invites applications for its Face-to-Face Financial Adviser (FAIS) Learnership 2026 in Cape Town, Western Cape. This 12-month unemployed learnership is designed for recent graduates in Finance, Accounting, Law or related fields who are passionate about financial services and want structured workplace experience. Learners will receive on-the-job training, professional development, and supervised exposure to financial advisory tasks while contributing to customer engagement and compliance-driven service delivery.
Salary:
Minimum: R6,000 per month (market-researched estimate)

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Advanced Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Law, or a related field (essential)
- Matric / Grade 12 certificate (essential)
- Must be unemployed at the time of application

- Customer-focused mindset and eagerness to learn the financial advisory role
- FAIS-related qualifications (FSCA-approved, RE5) are advantageous but not compulsory
