Key Responsibilities

• Assist with administration activities related to the rodent control programme and data management.

• Perform data capturing and administrative duties to meet set standards.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence in all tasks.

• Complete all duties as assigned by the supervisor diligently.

• Consolidate daily reports from General Workers and submit them to the Environmental Health Practitioner.

• Report any absent Rodent Control Ambassadors to the Environmental Health Practitioner.

• Ensure General Workers adhere to allocated areas and work plans.

• Conduct ward-based door-to-door education and surveys on rodent control.

• Provide information, education, and communication on environmental health matters.

• Distribute educational pamphlets and mobilize community members for campaigns.

• Follow up on identified infested premises and provide feedback.

• Network and liaise with Environmental Health Practitioners.

• Participate actively in rodent control education campaigns.

• Report to the Environmental Health Practitioner as the immediate supervisor.

• Achieve daily targets for premises inspected per Rodent Control Ambassador.

• Complete daily attendance registers for voluntary participants.

• Record the number of premises visited and pamphlets distributed.

• Record all identified infested premises and follow-up actions.

• Conduct health talks and assist with managing attendance registers at educational campaigns and block meetings.
