YES 4 Youth Learners (x6): DHL Supply Chain (Grade 12 & code 8 )

This learnership is designed for diligent individuals who are eager to enter the logistics and supply chain industry. As a learner, you will be based in a high-volume warehouse environment, supporting the operations of one of DHL's major global clients (P&G).

Key responsibilities include fulfilling loading and offloading tasks, accurately following delivery procedures, and adhering to strict Health & Safety standards. You will work under the guidance of Team Leaders to learn the fundamentals of inventory integrity, equipment maintenance, and non-conformity reporting. This is a "first-work" experience aimed at building your workplace confidence and operational skills.

Stipend: R4,500 – R7,000 per month (Market Estimate: Based on current 2026 YES national minimums and DHL's internal stipend scales for warehouse-based learners).

To be eligible for this specific DHL intake, you must meet the following criteria:

• Education: Grade 12 (Matric) with English and Mathematics / Math Literacy (Essential).

• Age: Must be between 18 and 29 years old.

• Citizenship: Must be a South African citizen.

• BBB-EE: This opportunity is specifically for candidates from previously disadvantaged backgrounds.

• Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Desirable Extras: A valid Driver’s License (Code 08) or a valid Forklift/Reach Truck license is highly advantageous.
