Participants will be placed across Motus' extensive network of dealerships and divisional head offices.

Exposure Areas include:

• Sales & Marketing: Customer engagement and showroom operations.

• Technical/Workshop: Exposure to automotive repairs and service center logistics.

• Parts & Warehousing: Inventory management and retail supply chain.

• Corporate Support: Opportunities within Human Resources (HR), Information Technology (IT), and Finance.

Minimum Requirements

To qualify for this intake, applicants must meet the following mandatory criteria:

• Nationality: Must be a South African Citizen.

• Age: Must be between 18 and 34 years old.

• Employment Status: Must be currently unemployed.

• Education: Minimum of a Matric (Grade 12) certificate or equivalent.

• Previous Participation: Must not have participated in a YES programme with any other company previously (verified via ID number).

• Record: Clear criminal and credit record.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Eagerness to learn and a proactive "can-do" attitude.

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic computer literacy (MS Office).
