RecruitPro Solutions is sourcing a talented Graduate UI/UX Designer for a forward-thinking, fast-growing technology organization. This role is specifically designed for a creative, user-centric individual who is passionate about building intuitive and accessible digital experiences.
As a graduate, you will be embedded within a digital product team where you will learn from seasoned designers and developers. You won't just be doing "busy work"—you will be contributing to real interfaces for web and mobile applications, helping to shape the user journey from concept to launch.
Key Responsibilities
Interface Design: Assist in designing visual interfaces for both web and mobile platforms.
UX Research: Support user experience research, including usability testing and analyzing user feedback.
Prototyping: Create wireframes, user flows, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes.
Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment.
Design Systems: Contribute to the maintenance of design systems, style guides, and UI standards.
Iteration: Use feedback and testing results to continuously improve and refine designs.
Requirements
Education: A completed Degree or Diploma in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Digital Design, or a related field.
Portfolio: A portfolio (academic or personal projects) that demonstrates your design thinking, UI skills, and process.
Technical Skills:
Basic understanding of UX principles, usability, and web accessibility.
Familiarity with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch).
Soft Skills: High attention to detail, a user-first mindset, and strong communication skills.
Advantageous (But not essential):
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
Exposure to user research methodologies.
Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design
