Job Description
TotalEnergies South Africa has officially opened its 2026 Internship Programme intake. These 12-month opportunities are designed for ambitious graduates looking to launch their careers within a global multi-energy leader. The programme offers a structured mix of on-the-job training and professional development.
Stipend: R10,500 – R14,500 per month (Market Estimate: Based on current 2026 scales for the energy and petroleum sector in South Africa).

Requirements
To be considered for the 2026 intake, you must meet the following criteria:
Education: A recently completed National Diploma or Degree (NQF 6/7/8) in:
Accounting / Finance / Supply Chain (for Finance roles).
Data Science / IT / Statistics (for Digital roles).
Logistics / Engineering / Business Management (for Operations roles).
Citizenship: Must be an unemployed South African citizen.
Age: Must be between 18 and 30 years old.
Academic Record: A consistent academic record (minimum 60% average is often preferred).
Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Excel, analytical thinking, and a commitment to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
