This is a 12-month workplace experience opportunity designed to bridge the gap between tertiary education and the professional working world. You will be placed in a specific department aligned with your qualification.

1. Communication Intern Requirements:

Must have a completed Degree or Diploma in Communications.

Must have a completed Degree or Diploma in Public Relations (PR).

Must have a completed Degree or Diploma in Marketing.

Must have a completed Degree or Diploma in Media or Journalism.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint).

Creative flair and attention to detail.

2. Change Agent Intern Requirements:

Must have a completed Degree or Diploma in Human Resources.

Must have a completed Degree or Diploma in Industrial Psychology.

Must have a completed Degree or Diploma in Change Management.

Passion for people development and training.

Strong presentation and facilitation skills.

High emotional intelligence and adaptability.

3. Planner Intern Requirements:

Must have a completed Degree in Finance, Statistics, or Mathematics.

Must have a completed Degree in Economics or Accounting.

Strong analytical and numerical skills (Must love numbers).

High proficiency in MS Excel.

Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

4. Buyer Intern Requirements:

Must have a completed Degree or Diploma in Fashion Design.

Must have a completed Degree or Diploma in Clothing Management.

Must have a completed Degree or Diploma in Retail Business Management.

Strong eye for fashion trends and commercial viability.

Good negotiation and administrative skills.
