As an IT intern, you will be managed by a member of the IT Service Team who will provide training until you are ready to engage directly with users. This is a great opportunity to experience IT in a support role while having senior engineers available to assist and mentor you in your journey.

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field (studying towards or recently completed)

No prior IT work experience — this role is strictly for first-time IT job seekers

Basic understanding of IT support concepts — Windows OS, networking fundamentals, hardware troubleshooting

Good written and verbal communication skills in English

Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking ability

Customer-focused with a professional, friendly approach

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Must be able to commute to Cape Town Foreshore daily (on-site role)
