Programme Structure (36 Months)
First Year: Begin with finance-focused rotations, strategically designed to help you achieve basic SAICA competencies while gaining a holistic view of the bank's operations.
Second Year: Personalise your journey with rotations tailored to your unique skills and SAICA competency needs, deepening your expertise and broadening your foundation.
Third Year: Explore your interests and preferences as you complete your SAICA competencies, preparing you for permanent placement and excelling in your chosen corporate path.

Requirements
To qualify for this prestigious training programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Must have a Postgraduate Degree from a SAICA-accredited university.
Must have completed (or be in the process of completing) a SAICA-accredited Certificate in the Theory of Accounting (CTA), Honours in Accounting, PGDA, or GDA.
Upon passing your GDA, CTA, or PGDA, you must be eligible to write the ITC Board Assessment.
⚠️ Important Note: You are NOT eligible to apply for this programme if you are currently completing CTA Level 1 or a BCTA (Bridging course into CTA).
