Job Description
SITA is inviting eligible South African students to apply for its Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) Programme for the 2026/2027 cycle. This initiative is specifically designed for students who require structured workplace exposure as a compulsory requirement to complete their academic qualifications.

With 30 positions available across four provinces, this 12-month programme offers practical experience in a professional government ICT and support environment, providing the final bridge needed for graduation.
Available Positions by Province
Gauteng (Pretoria) – 11 Posts: Internal Audit (3), Finance (2), Supply Chain Management (2), Office Administration (1), Financial Management (1), Computer Science or Information Systems (2).
Limpopo – 16 Posts: ICT, Graphic Design, Computer Science, and Business Analysis.
KwaZulu-Natal – 2 Posts: Information Communication Technology (ICT).
Eastern Cape – 1 Post: Supply Chain Management.

Requirements
To qualify for this intake, you must meet the following criteria:
Citizenship: Unemployed South African citizen.
Age: Between 18 and 35 years old.
Student Status: Currently registered at a recognized and accredited institution of higher learning.
Academic Requirement: Must require Work-Integrated Learning as a compulsory component of your qualification (an official institutional letter confirming this and the duration will be required if shortlisted).
Experience: No prior work experience.
