Key Responsibilities
Execute all operational activities at the point of sale efficiently and accurately.
Process customer transactions, including scanning merchandise and handling payments, with a high degree of accuracy.
Ensure the safe and secure handling of all cash transactions.
Actively promote the Clicks clubcard and encourage new member sign-ups to meet participation targets.
Inform customers about current promotions to drive sales and enhance the customer value proposition.
Deliver superior customer service by acting as a visible and professional brand ambassador.
Perform merchandising duties and maintain general housekeeping standards to ensure shelves are well-stocked and visually appealing.
Support the company's vision and values by living them in daily interactions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and events to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements
Grade 12
Maths 50% and English 50% at Grade 12 level (Desirable)
Experience in a customer-facing role within a retail/FMCG store operations environment (Desirable)
Basic maths calculations
