Key Responsibilities
Assist with comprehensive SHE administrative duties.
Accurately capture and update data within SHE systems.
Maintain essential records, registers, and critical compliance documentation.
Support the compilation and upkeep of Safety Files.
Contribute to risk assessments and hazard identification processes.
Assist in the process of incident investigations and reporting procedures.
Participate actively in safety audits, inspections, and compliance checks.
Coordinate essential SHE trainings and inductions for staff.
Manage and update legal appointments effectively.
Compile key SHE statistics, reports, and dashboards using Microsoft Excel.
Track corrective actions and maintain updated action registers.

Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management / Science, or Risk Management.
SAMTRAC qualification is advantageous.
Basic knowledge of SHE systems and processes.
Strong administrative skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office suite.
Good communication skills.
Willingness to learn and develop in the SHE field.
