Targeted Fields of Study

Sasol is looking for graduates with completed Bachelor’s Degrees in the following areas:

• Technology & Data: Data Science, Data Analytics, Information Technology, Information Systems.

• Business & Finance: Finance, Accounting (incl. CIMA/CFP), Business Management, Economics, Business Administration.

• Engineering: Civil or Industrial Engineering.

• Legal & Property: LLB, Legal & Compliance, Commercial/Property Law, Property Studies, Real Estate.

• Marketing & Communications: Digital Marketing, Brand Management, Public Relations, Brand Communication, Stakeholder Relations.

• Operations: Transport & Logistics, Operations Management, Retail Management.

• Human Resources: HR Management, Industrial Psychology, Industrial Relations.

• Social Sciences: Development Studies, Project Management

To qualify for this 2-year programme, you must meet the following criteria:

• Citizenship: Must be a South African citizen.

• Age: Between 18 and 29 years old.

• Status: Must be currently unemployed.

• Community Focus: This opportunity is prioritized for candidates residing within Sasol local communities (Secunda, Sasolburg, Ekandustria) or within a 50km radius of Sasol Retail sites.

• Education: A completed Bachelor's Degree in one of the fields listed above.
