Key Responsibilities
Undertake and complete all required theoretical training sessions as mandated by the SETA.
Successfully complete all SETA assessments and assignments to meet qualification criteria.
Actively participate in sales floor support, including assisting with product displays and stock replenishment.
Provide excellent customer service to shoppers and assist with general inquiries.
Support daily operational learning, including the use of point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Maintain high standards of store presentation and housekeeping.
Accurately document and track all acquired workplace experience in a formal logbook.
Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the retail environment.
