As a Parts Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of customer interaction, providing expert advice, processing orders, and contributing significantly to the overall success and profitability of the parts department. Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their parts and accessory needs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Achieve and exceed monthly parts sales budgets through effective marketing strategies, upselling, and cross-selling genuine Toyota products.
- Actively work to maintain and increase market share within the designated area of responsibility, identifying new opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships.
- Ensure the retention of existing customers by consistently delivering exceptional service and building long-term trust.
- Adhere strictly to the Company Discount Policy, ensuring fair and consistent pricing practices.
- Communicate valuable market opportunities, customer feedback, and competitive insights to management and other relevant departments to inform strategic decisions.
- Efficiently and effectively address all customer queries, providing accurate information and timely resolutions.
- Introduce all customers to new company policies, promotions, and product updates to keep them informed and engaged.
- Maintain regular and helpful contact with all customers and dealership staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Ensure all returned parts are properly documented and recorded, adhering to company procedures for inventory management and quality control.
- Safeguard company assets under your care, ensuring they are kept in good condition and utilized responsibly.
- Cooperate seamlessly with all staff across departments to further the interests and objectives of the dealership.
- Maintain regular and transparent communication with the Parts Manager regarding sales performance, challenges, and opportunities.
- Attend all required meetings and training courses to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and compliance with industry standards.
- Ensure all customer issues are promptly reported and resolved to maintain high service standards.
- Complete all necessary documentation in a clear, accurate, and timely manner.
- Operate all part exchange, replacements, and reconditioned items schemes strictly according to Company Policy.
