As a Legal Administrator Intern, you will be immersed in the daily operations of a corporate legal department, learning about various aspects of commercial law, data protection, and regulatory compliance relevant to the e-commerce sector. You will develop essential professional skills, including meticulous record-keeping, effective communication, and the ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion. Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices and ensure precise maintenance of financial records for the legal department.

- Establish and maintain comprehensive, organised filing and documentation systems for legal records.
- Manage and facilitate email correspondence between internal stakeholders (e.g., various business units) and external parties (e.g., legal counsel, regulatory bodies).
- Deliver general administrative support to the public policy team, assisting with research and documentation related to regulatory changes and industry standards.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes for legal team discussions.
- Support the legal team in preparing presentations and reports as required.
