This program is designed for young South Africans eager to enter the working world, gain valuable skills, and earn while they learn. The initiative aims to build a sustainable pipeline of talent within the financial services sector, addressing current skill shortages. Successful learners will receive accredited NQF Level 4 training and potentially qualify for professional membership with the Insurance Institute of South Africa (IISA). This 12-month contract offers a monthly stipend and invaluable real-world work experience at a top employer.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in accredited NQF Level 4 training.
Gain practical experience within the financial services sector.
Complete FSCA regulatory exams (RE5) as part of the program.

Requirements
Grade 12 Certificate with a minimum pass mark of 50% for English and a Second Language.
Minimum pass mark of 40% for Mathematics or 60% for Mathematics Literacy.
South African citizen.
Unemployed.
Between the ages of 18 - 28.
Must not be studying with any other institutions while on the learnership.
Must not have been on a Short-Term Insurance Learnership through INSETA.
Persons with a disability must produce a medical note confirming the nature of the disability.
Must not have more than 1 year of work experience.
Applicants in possession of a post-matric qualification or studying towards one cannot apply.
CV and Matric results must be attached to the application.
