OUTsurance is seeking motivated individuals to join their team through a structured 18-month Learnership Opportunity in Centurion, South Africa. This program is designed to provide unemployed youth with valuable work experience within the financial and insurance industry, specifically focusing on non-financial advice giving roles. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
Matric certificate (Grade 12)
Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Must be a South African citizen.
Must not have previously been on a Learnership with INSETA.
Must be between the ages of 18 and 35.
Must have been unemployed for the last 6 months.
A passion for call centres and the financial/insurance industry is advantageous.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
Demonstrated initiative and a proactive approach.
Professional engagement and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and handle stress effectively.
Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn.
