This comprehensive one-year program provides a blend of classroom training and practical on-the-job exposure across all facets of customer interaction within the bank. The learnership will offer exposure to Home Loans Sales and Service Enablement areas, requiring successful candidates to commit to completing all academic modules and on-the-job training.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand and address their home loan needs.
Assist in the collections process for home loans, ensuring adherence to bank policies.
Gain exposure to sales and service enablement within the Home Loans division.
Participate actively in classroom training sessions covering relevant banking and customer service principles.
Apply learned skills and knowledge in practical, on-the-job scenarios.
Contribute to team objectives and support colleagues in achieving departmental goals.
Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.
Document customer interactions and update relevant systems accurately.

Requirements
Candidate should be aged between 18-30 years
Candidate must be a South African citizen or a permanent resident
A completed Degree/or equivalent NQF level 7 qualification (Business, Commerce, Management Studies)
Applicant should be proficient in English
Applicant must not be employed
Applicant must not be registered with any other learnership at the time of making application
Applicant must not be registered with any other learning institute, and or currently studying.
Candidate should be computer literate
Applicant should be a team player and self-motivated person
Candidate should be flexible and demonstrate willingness to learn and work
Strong customer service skills and excellent problem-solving ability
Organization skills; pay attention to detail and place emphasis on follow-up.
Ability to work well in a team and both listen and communicate effectively.
High level of professionalism and courteousness.
Ability to work well under pressure
