Key Responsibilities
IT Support Intern: Provide desktop hardware and software support, assist with repairs, upgrades, and maintenance, offer printer and network support, contribute to reporting and documentation, and aid with hardware and software audits.
Junior Software Developer Intern: Develop and maintain applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js), collaborate with senior developers, and contribute to problem-solving and code improvements.
Product Ops Intern: Offer customer support using CRM tools (e.g., Zoho CRM, HubSpot), manage product and project tasks using tools like Trello or Asana, and utilize basic computer literacy for communication and documentation.

Requirements
Completed a 3-year tertiary qualification (National diploma, degree, diploma) in IT (Information Systems, Information Technology, Informatics, Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science).
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
No criminal record.
Currently unemployed.
Not participating in another learnership or internship program.
Not studying at any other institution (including distance learning).
Reside in the greater West Rand (Roodepoort, Krugersdorp, Florida).
Under the age of 35 as of 1 June 2026.
South African Citizen (African, White, Coloured, and Indian).
For Software Developer Intern: Knowledge of MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js, Express, Typescript).
For Product Ops Intern: Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho CRM, HubSpot or similar) and Product/Project Management tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp or similar).
Excellent communication and English language skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Good time management skills.
