Key Responsibilities
Assist the IT Operations team with daily tasks and support.
Participate in IT projects, contributing to planning, implementation, and testing phases.
Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Assist in maintaining IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and workstations.
Learn and apply IT best practices in a professional environment.
Document IT processes and solutions.
Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data security and privacy.
Undertake any other duties as assigned by the IT department.

Requirements
Matric/Grade 12 certificate.
N6 / equivalent qualification in Information Technology with a letter from the institution requesting in-service training, OR a National Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in IT.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to commit to a 12-month internship.
Availability to perform duties as required by the internship programme.
