MA Automotive Tool & Die (Pty) Ltd is seeking a motivated and self-driven IT Intern to join their team in East London, Eastern Cape. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a completed NQF 6/7 Degree or Diploma in Information Technology (IT) to gain practical experience within the automotive manufacturing sector. The successful candidate will contribute to the company's operations, which are renowned for producing high-quality vehicle body components, systems, tools, and devices for the sheet metal processing industry. MA Automotive Tool & Die (Pty) Ltd has a strong presence in South Africa and exports a significant portion of its manufacturing volume to international markets, including the States and right-hand drive markets in Asia. This internship is specifically open to EE candidates with a disability, offering a chance to develop valuable skills in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the IT department with daily operations and support tasks.
Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues.
Help maintain and update IT systems and infrastructure.
Participate in IT projects and initiatives as assigned.
Document IT processes and procedures.
Utilize MS Office suite for various tasks and reporting.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient IT service delivery.
