Key Responsibilities
Receive and issue goods (stock items) accurately.
Capture all requests on the LOGIS Procurement Integration system.
Process and record Face Value forms.
Issue stock from the warehouse and diligently update Bin cards.
Prepare goods for courier shipment globally.
Monitor and update minimum stock levels to prevent shortages.
Receive and record requisitions from end-users.
Provide essential accounting and warehouse clerical support.
Process transactions in strict accordance with standard operating procedures, legislative requirements, and procurement policy.
Verify, receive, and issue goods, maintain accurate registers, and conduct regular stock takes and reconciliations.
Deliver effective and efficient daily procurement administration functions.
Ensure the safekeeping of all stores and warehouse items.
Conduct spot checks and perform stocktaking as required.
Follow up with suppliers regarding outstanding deliveries to ensure timely receipt of goods.

An undergraduate qualification at NQF 5 or Higher
Knowledge of the Constitution
