Key Responsibilities
Assist with administrative tasks, including updating financial systems and managing inventory.
Support IT operations, such as dashboard development, network maintenance, and hardware troubleshooting.
Conduct routine laboratory testing and analysis under supervision.
Assist with legal and compliance matters, including research, drafting documents, and policy development.
Prepare samples, reagents, and laboratory solutions.
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
Record, capture, and maintain accurate laboratory data and test results.
Ensure compliance with laboratory health, safety, and environmental requirements.
Manage stock control, inventory, and monitoring of laboratory consumables.
Provide administrative support to the Legal Office and assist with legal services tasks.
Conduct research and provide advice on various legal issues.
Assist in drafting legal documents and vetting contracts.
Participate in housekeeping activities to maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements
Grade 12 with a Degree or Advanced Diploma in Business Administration or Logistics Management (for Outbound Logistics and Administration Assistant).
Degree or Advanced Diploma qualification at NQF Level 7 in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Management or a related discipline (for Information Technology).
Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or a related scientific field (for Analytical Chemistry).
BProc, LLB Degree or equivalent qualification at NQF Level 8 (for Legal and Compliance).
Knowledge of relevant legislation (PFMA, POPIA, PAIA, New Companies Act, King IV etc.) (for Legal and Compliance).
Competent in MS Office Software package.
Basic knowledge and understanding of data management, data analysis, KPIs, and dashboarding (for IT).
Basic understanding of computer networks (for IT).
Sound knowledge of operating systems, including Windows 10 or higher and Windows Server 2016 or higher (for IT).
Basic knowledge and experience in the use of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint (for IT).
Basic coding knowledge in object-oriented programming languages (for IT).
A postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage for relevant fields.
Relevant industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Security+, Network+, Microsoft Azure, or related certifications will be advantageous (for IT).
Candidates who have recently completed their qualification and require workplace experience will have an added advantage (for Analytical Chemistry).
Good communication skills and report writing skills.
High level of responsibility, professionalism and attention to detail.
Basic understanding of laboratory practices and chemical handling procedures (for Analytical Chemistry).
Knowledge of laboratory health and safety requirements (for Analytical Chemistry).
Basic understanding of analytical techniques and laboratory instrumentation (for Analytical Chemistry).
Familiarity with preparation of reagents, sample handling, and record keeping (for Analytical Chemistry).
Understanding of quality systems and good laboratory practices (GLP) will be advantageous (for Analytical Chemistry).
Analysing, quality and detailed orientation (for Legal and Compliance).
