This 12-month fixed-term contract is designed for individuals pursuing a National Diploma in HR or a Business-related field, requiring experiential training as part of their curriculum. The programme aims to support the People practices, processes, and reporting within the Maltings Plant, contributing to overall plant performance. Key Responsibilities
Actively contribute to building a high-performance, people-centered culture by promoting safety, accountability, and engagement within the plant environment.
Support team effectiveness by ensuring equipment and workplace readiness, enabling colleagues to perform at their best and minimizing operational disruptions.
