As an IBM IT Graduate, you will be immersed in real client-facing technology projects from day one gaining hands-on experience with world-shaping technologies including IoT, Machine Learning, Robotics, Augmented Intelligence, Big Data, Cloud, and Cybersecurity. You will be mentored by IBM's world-class technology experts, develop consulting and delivery skills, and take direct responsibility for contributing to client success across the full technology project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Work hands-on with the latest IBM technologies across IoT, Machine Learning, AI, Big Data, Robotics, and Cloud platforms
Consult with clients to understand their business challenges and define technology requirements
Design, implement, test, and deploy technology solutions across the full application lifecycle
Support clients in improving their processes and applications using IBM's enterprise technology suite
Collaborate with multidisciplinary IBM teams on real enterprise projects across industries
Contribute to client success from initial requirement gathering through to solution deployment and maintenance
Participate in IBM's structured graduate learning and development programme
Salary: R22,000 β R30,000 per month (Salary not specified by employer β estimated based on IBM South Africa graduate programme market rates, 2025/2026)
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Honours in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
South African citizen currently unemployed
Strong passion for technology, innovation, and solving real-world business challenges
Analytical and logical problem-solving mindset
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks concurrently
Adaptable, curious, and self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed
No prior formal work experience required recent graduates are encouraged to apply
