Hyundai Automotive South Africa, part of Motus Corporation — one of South Africa's largest and most respected automotive groups — is inviting unemployed South African youth to apply for its 2026 Youth Employment Service (YES) Learner Programme, with placements available across Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal, and the Western Cape.

The YES Programme is a government-backed national youth employment initiative that connects unemployed young South Africans with structured, 12-month paid workplace experience at leading companies. Hyundai's participation in this initiative gives successful candidates hands-on exposure to a world-class automotive retail and corporate environment — working across departments including Administration, Sales, Finance, Marketing, Workshop Operations, and Logistics.

This is far more than a temporary job. Hyundai's YES Programme is a structured, mentorship-driven, career-launching experience that equips young people with the professional skills, workplace confidence, and industry knowledge needed to compete in the modern job market — whether in automotive, corporate, finance, or business administration.

Participants also receive access to eLearning via a dedicated smartphone to support their development throughout the programme. For many young South Africans, this programme is the first, most important step toward building a long-term career.

Departments You May Be Placed In (Based on Operational Requirements)

• Administration & Office Support — Data capturing, document management, general office administration

• Sales & Marketing — Assist dealership sales teams with customer engagement, marketing activities, and sales support

• Finance & Accounting — Financial administration, record keeping, and business accounting support

• Workshop & Technical — Exposure to vehicle servicing, maintenance operations, and workshop processes

• Logistics & Parts — Inventory management, parts distribution, and logistics coordination within the dealership network

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations within your assigned department

• Assist with data capturing, filing, document management, and record keeping

• Provide administrative and customer service support as directed

• Participate in structured training, mentorship sessions, and eLearning modules

• Adhere to professional workplace conduct standards at all times

• Build professional relationships with colleagues, managers, and customers

Salary: R4,500 – R5,500 per month (Salary not specified by employer — estimated based on South African YES Programme stipend market rates, 2025/2026)
