Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring a smooth transition for all staff members.
- Contribute to payroll administration tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and labour laws.
- Participate in the coordination and administration of training and development initiatives.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records and preparing HR-related documentation.
- Assist in managing employee queries and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Support labour relations activities, ensuring adherence to relevant legislation and internal guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members on various HR projects and initiatives, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and continuous professional development within the HR field.
