Human Capital Internship 2026 – Momentum Metropolitan

Momentum Metropolitan is looking for a dynamic and motivated Human Capital Intern to join their Group Human Capital team in Centurion. This internship is designed for a graduate who is passionate about people and looking to gain practical experience in a leading financial services organization.

As an intern, you will be integrated into the HC team, providing support across various functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR administration. This is a foundational role aimed at developing the next generation of HR professionals through mentorship and real-world corporate exposure.

Key Responsibilities

• Administrative Support: Assist with the end-to-end administration of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.

• Recruitment Assistance: Support the talent acquisition team with job postings, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews.

• Data Management: Assist in maintaining accurate employee records on the HR information system and ensuring data integrity.

• HC Projects: Contribute to various Human Capital projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee experience and engagement.

• Query Resolution: Act as a point of contact for basic employee queries and direct them to the appropriate HC specialists.

To qualify for this internship, applicants must meet the following:

• Education: A recently completed Degree or Advanced Diploma (NQF 7) in:

  • Human Resource Management

  • Industrial Psychology

  • Behavioral Sciences

• Experience: 0–1 years of experience (This is an entry-level graduate opportunity).

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
