Job Description
Premier Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their HR Services department as a Graduate Human Resources Labour Relations. This 12-month programme offers invaluable experience in fostering positive employee relations, managing workplace disputes, and ensuring compliance with labour legislation. The successful candidate will work closely with the Manager: Group Employee Relations and support the national HR structure on various projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain practical experience in a dynamic corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the maintenance of healthy relationships between employees, management, and trade unions within Premier Group.
Assist in managing workplace grievances, disputes, and disciplinary processes in accordance with Premier Group policies.
Support the business in ensuring compliance with key employment legislation, including the Labour Relations Act (LRA) and Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA).
Assist the HR Team in preparing documentation for disciplinary hearings, consultations, and other labour-related forums.
Support collective bargaining processes, such as wage negotiations.
Contribute to the rollout of specific HR projects and tasks as required by the national Human Resources structure.
Potentially travel to various sites to gain exposure to all business units.

Requirements
Grade 12
Completed a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource/Labour Relations Management
No formal work experience required
