Key Responsibilities

• Support the Healthcare Informatics team in deployment and implementation activities across customer sites and internal projects.

• Assist with market research, inventory management, delayed order follow-ups, and documentation tracking.

• Manage and update records, Salesforce data, contract install bases, and operational documentation.

• Coordinate emails, attend meetings and workshops, and capture meeting minutes accurately.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

• Gain hands-on exposure to healthcare informatics systems, project coordination, and healthcare technology operations.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the team as required.
