This programme is designed to groom future leaders in the property sector. You will gain exposure to asset management, property development, quantity surveying, and commercial property operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with property portfolio management and analysis.

• Participate in development projects and feasibility studies.

• Support the Quantity Surveying team with cost estimation and project management.

• Conduct market research and property valuations.

• Learn about tenant management, leasing, and facilities management.

• Rotate through various divisions to gain a holistic view of the property business.

Salary: Market Related Graduate Salary

Education: Must have a completed BSc Degree in:

• Quantity Surveying

• Construction Studies

• Property Studies

• Real Estate

Experience:

• Must have NO prior work experience relevant to the qualification.

• Must have NEVER participated in a graduate programme before.

• Citizenship: South African Citizens only.
