Graduate Trainee: Property Studies & Real Estate – CBRE Excellerate

CBRE Excellerate, the market leader in commercial real estate services across Africa and the Middle East, is seeking ambitious, motivated graduates to join their team as Graduate Trainees in Property Studies.

This is an entry-level role designed to provide recent graduates with structured training, mentorship, and high-level hands-on experience. As a trainee, you will be assigned to a key account and rotate through essential departments, helping you gain a deep understanding of facilities management, advisory services, and project management within a global powerhouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Involvement: Work on real-world property projects and key corporate accounts.

• Operational Support: Support various departments in day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.

• Research & Analysis: Conduct market research, perform data analysis, and prepare professional reports.

• Process Improvement: Assist in identifying and implementing problem-solving and process improvement initiatives.

• Team Collaboration: Attend meetings, take minutes, and collaborate across functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

• Strategic Presentation: Present findings and recommendations to senior staff.

To qualify for the 2026 Graduate intake, you must meet the following:

• Education: A completed Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Real Estate or Property Studies from an accredited university.

• Experience: Must be a recent graduate (Class of 2025 or 2026).

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Competencies: * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
