Graduate Customer Success Support - Mobile (Cape Town based)
Job Description
OneNebula is looking for a Graduate Customer Success Support Specialist to join their Mobile team. The purpose of this position is to provide timely and effective assistance to customers by resolving issues and guiding users through product features. This role is key for customer satisfaction, retention, and product adoption within the company's SaaS (Software as a Service) environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to mobile and telecoms services.
Guide customers through product features and best practices.
Assist with onboarding and training for new customers.
Track and manage support tickets using CRM systems.
Maintain the Knowledge Base with solutions to common problems.
Provide customers with accurate, data-driven reports on their telecoms environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience.

Requirements
Education: Must have a completed 3-year Tertiary Qualification (Minimum NQF Level 5) such as:
Degree or Diploma in Information Systems.
Degree or Diploma in Information Technology.
Skills:
Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
Understanding of CRM and Ticketing Systems.
