Job Description
Schneider Electric is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join their Graduate Associate Internship Programme for 2026. This 12-month contract-based development opportunity is designed for early-career talent with strong potential and a passion for customer experience and quality management. Interns will gain invaluable exposure to critical operational activities within the Customer Satisfaction & Quality (CSQ) and Customer Care Centre (CCC) departments. This programme offers a unique chance to build a strong foundation in customer experience, quality management, Non-Conformance Report (NCR) management, and continuous improvement within a global, purpose-driven organisation. Successful candidates will receive coaching, mentorship, and hands-on learning in quality systems and continuous improvement methodologies, preparing them for future critical roles within Schneider Electric.
Key Responsibilities
Support CCC and CSQ operational activities, gaining exposure to end-to-end customer experience processes.
Assist with Non-Conformance Report (NCR) management, tracking actions and engaging relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate across Sales, CCC, Finance, and Operations to support issue resolution and service quality improvement.
Ensure process discipline, documentation accuracy, and adherence to quality standards.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including data analysis, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
Learn and apply quality frameworks, systems, and tools used within Schneider Electric.

Requirements
Recently completed or final-year Diploma or Degree.
Technical qualifications are welcome, including (but not limited to): Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics), Quality, Operations, or Manufacturing-related fields, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business with a technical focus.
No prior work experience required.
Strong process discipline and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively across functions and teams.
Confidence to engage with stakeholders in Sales, CCC, and Finance.
An analytical mindset with a passion for improvement.
High learning agility and interest in quality management and continuous improvement.
