The InfinityX programme is Deloitte's innovation-led consulting graduate stream β bringing together the previously separate FSA Valuations, Financial Advisory, and Infinity X graduate programmes under one powerful, unified brand. Over 36 months, you will be embedded within Deloitte's Consulting Services business, working alongside experienced consultants and industry specialists to help South Africa's and the world's leading organisations navigate complex business challenges through strategy, technology transformation, data analytics, cybersecurity, and organisational change.

Key Responsibilities
Advise businesses on growth strategy, restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, and valuations
Conduct financial analysis, market research, and operational assessments for clients
Support digital transformation projects and implement new technology solutions
Contribute to risk and governance advisory, cybersecurity, and crisis management engagements
Work on data analytics, machine learning models, AI, and dashboarding solutions
Assist with change management and organisational transformation initiatives
Identify opportunities for additional consulting services and support business development
Create and present client deliverables including reports, data models, and strategic presentations
Engage directly with clients across multiple industries through interviews, workshops, and meetings
Qualifying Fields of Study
BSc: Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Actuarial Science, Financial Mathematics, Financial Engineering
BCom: Accounting, Financial Accounting, Corporate Finance, Management Accounting, Economics, Risk Management, Law, LLB, Information Systems, Information Technology, Marketing, Supply Chain Management
BA: Industrial Psychology, Human Resource Management, Political, Philosophical and Economic Studies
Postgraduate: Financial Engineering, Financial Mathematics, Risk Management, Actuarial Science, or similar
Requirements
Completed or completing a qualifying undergraduate, Honours, or Postgraduate degree
South African citizen
Currently unemployed with no more than 2 years of full-time work experience
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Detail-oriented with strong time management and organisational ability
Collaborative, innovative, and self-motivated team player
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced consulting environment
