From day one, you will work on live projects across payments, digital wallets, lending, and financial services — analysing complex datasets, building dashboards, and presenting insights directly to business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-informed business decisions

• Analyse large, complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities

• Build dashboards and reporting solutions using SQL, Power BI, and Python

• Work with modern cloud data platforms including Snowflake

• Contribute to machine learning and AI analytics initiatives

• Present data insights clearly to business stakeholders and incorporate feedback

• Participate in structured mentorship and personal development programmes

• Recent graduate in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Actuarial Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability

• Working knowledge of or strong interest in SQL and Python

• Curiosity about data visualisation tools, data platforms, and AI

• Excellent communication skills — able to translate data into clear business insights

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

• South African citizenship (required)
